Maternal Health Grants | BCBSND Applications accepted April 1 - 30, 2026 To reduce maternal health disparities and improve maternal health outcomes across all communities in North Dakota, our Maternal Health Grants provide funding to support nonprofit or community-based organizations. These grants help narrow gaps in care before, during and after pregnancy, making a tangible difference in the lives of women and their families.
These awards are fueled by our commitment to help drive change in maternal health. Indigenous Association – Fargo based, statewide reach The Indigenous Association has established impactful maternal health initiatives through cohesive, culturally grounded programs including lactation support circles, nutrition workshops, community health education, and weekly Akisni Warrior Talking Circle for recovery support.
