Youth Apprenticeship Outreach and Education Analyst The California Community College Chancellor’s Office has announced the availability of $40M in grant funding through the California Apprenticeship Initiative New and Innovative Grant Program (CAI) . The CAI grant is created to support new and innovative apprenticeship opportunities in priority and emerging industry sectors of California’s ever-changing workforce.
The CAI Grant offers three categories of funding to support apprenticeship programs as they get launched: Planning Grants up to 120,000; Implementation Grants up to $1,500,000; and Expansion Grants up to $1,000,000.
