California Electronics Employers: Reduce the Cost of Workforce Training Limited California Employment Training Panel reimbursement funds are available now for eligible employers seeking to upskill California-based employees through approved IPC and Global Electronics Association training.
We help identify the right training pathway, guide you through the administrative process, and support you from enrollment through reimbursement. Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Employers that can identify trainees and begin training soon are encouraged to act now.

Global Electronics Association (formerly IPC) has officially been awarded a Multi-Employer Contract (MEC) by the Employment Training Panel (ETP) — unanimously approved to support workforce training across our state!
With this contract, California employers can now: Access industry-validated workforce training at a reduced cost Accelerate employee upskilling through Online Instructor-Led and Computer-Based courses Strengthen productivity and talent retention while lowering training expenses We extend our sincere appreciation to the Employment Training Panel and staff for their support of the electronics manufacturing industry and for recognizing the critical need to invest in the skills of our workforce.
