Industrial Revenue Development Bonds Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (IDRBs) are tax-exempt bonds used to finance development of industrial facilities, research and development facilities, commercial, civic and cultural enterprises, accredited education institution and healthcare facilities. Tax-exempt bonds used to finance the development of renewable energy facilities.
Exportation of Goods Bonds Tax-exempt bonds used to finance the production of goods for export or the expansion of the production of goods for export. Tax-exempt bonds used to provide an attractive opportunity for the investment of venture capital within the state of Nevada.
