Prior eligibility: Nonprofit organizations, government entities, public libraries, schools, and colleges/universities. Projects must take place between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027. Applicants may apply for a General Operating Support Grant, Project Grant, or an Arts Education Program Grant during a grant cycle. Applicants may not apply for more than one of those grants during the same year.
Project Grant is sponsored by Georgia Council for the Arts. Supports single art projects such as exhibits, theater productions, workshops, or artist residencies, and capacity-building projects.
NEA's FY2027 Partnership Agreement Grants (2027NEA04PA) put $59 million into 56 state arts agencies with a September 29, 2026 deadline. No individual arts nonprofit can apply.
