This program provides grants to local not-for-profit community groups and organizations in Ontario to support projects that help adults aged 55+ live independently, stay safe, remain socially connected, and avoid isolation.
Projects can focus on learning, social inclusion, mental well-being, and physical activity, including arts and crafts sessions and cultural events.
