Gifting Grant Ideas - Advance Care Alliance New York - ACANY ACANY is gifting NYS providers with grant ideas this holiday season. Read this post to learn about available grants that may align with your services and mission and we will continue to share relevant opportunities as we become aware of them. Option 1: Accessible Transportation Mini Grants Application Process: Apply between December 1, 2023 and January 15, 2024.
Proposal due by January 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Proposals should focus on one of the following areas: The New York State Council on Developmental Disabilities (CDD) has a grant opportunity for localities throughout NYS to implement innovative transportation projects that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for community access.
Eligible organizations include providers that support people with developmental disabilities. Tier 1 applicants can apply for up to $10,000 and Tier 2 applicants can apply for up to $50,000 to put towards improving transportation for individuals with IDD. Please note: There is a 34% minimum match requirement for these grants.
All applicants must register as a vendor in the NYS Statewide Financial System.
