The Eisner Foundation Prize

The Eisner Foundation Prize is sponsored by The Eisner Foundation. The Eisner Prize focuses on individuals and nonprofits utilizing and uniting multiple generations, especially seniors and youth, to bring about positive and lasting changes in their community.

## Partnering for Intergenerational Impact The Eisner Foundation supports organizations doing intergenerational work in Los Angeles County and New York City’s five boroughs. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis year-round. The Eisner Foundation board meets quarterly for review and possible approval of applications.

** * Submit a **Letter of Inquiry (LOI)**. * **Applicants are notified of their status** within 30 days by email. * **Successful applicants** are invited to submit a full proposal and schedule a site visit.

**Declined applicants** can reapply after one year. * **Full proposals are submitted** to The Eisner Foundation **board**for approval quarterly. * **Final reports or progress reports** (for multi-year grants) are requested one year after approval.

* **Notification of grant closure** is sent following acceptance of a final report, and the grantee partner is eligible to apply again. In addition to basic information on your organization and details on the support requested, the LOI also requires short answers to the following questions: What structural challenges does your organization work to address, and how will this grant help you achieve your goals?
