Newly eligible applicants for FY2025 are organizations and entities, including faith-based organizations or consortia, in the following states and territories: Alaska, California, Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Maine, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships) and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from the merit review and funding under this funding opportunity. Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity. Eligible applicant types include: For-Profit Organization, U.S. Territory (or Possession) Government (including freely-associated states), Indian/Native American/Alaska Native Tribal Government (Other than Federally Recognized), Federally Recognized Indian/Native American/Alaska Native Tribal Government, Tribal, Small Business Person, Not-for-Profit Organization, Nonprofit Organization.
