Applications close July 31 Ground-Based Affordable Mass To overcome operational bottlenecks and rapid depletion of munitions in high-intensity warfare, the Army must rapidly scale the production of affordable, long-range munitions. The Army is seeking low-cost solutions that deliver a favorable cost-per-effect and can be rapidly produced in mass quantities.
