#### Distance Learning & Telemedicine Grants The Distance Learning and Telemedicine program helps rural communities use the unique capabilities of telecommunications to connect to each other and to the world, overcoming the effects of remoteness and low population density. #### Rural Business Development Grants This program is designed to provide technical assistance and training for small rural businesses.
#### Delta Health Care Services Grant This program provides financial assistance to address the continued unmet health needs in the Delta Region. Grants are awarded to promote cooperation among health care professionals, institutions of higher education, research institutions and other entities in the Delta Region.
#### Value-Added Producer Grants This program assists agricultural producers enter into value-added activities related to the processing and marketing of new products. The goals of this program are to generate new products, create and expand marketing opportunities and increase producer income.
#### Tribal College Initiative Grants This program provides funding to 1994 Land Grant Institutions (Tribal Colleges) to make capital improvements to their educational facilities and to purchase equipment. #### Advanced Biofuel Payment Program This program aims to increase the production of advanced biofuels.
#### Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program – Phase 3 The Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program (MPPEP)provides grants to help eligible meat and poultry processors expand their capacity.
#### Rural Cooperative Development Grant Program This program improves the economic condition of rural areas by helping individuals and businesses start, expand or improve rural cooperatives and other mutually-owned businesses through Cooperative Development Centers.
#### Housing Preservation Grants This provides grants to sponsoring organizations for the repair or rehabilitation of housing owned or occupied by low- and very-low-income rural citizens.
#### Native Community Development Financial Institution Relending Demonstration Program The Native Community Development Financial Institution (Native CDFI) Relending Demonstration Program is designed to improve homeownership opportunities for Native American Tribes, Alaska Native Communities, and Native Hawaiian Communities in rural areas.
#### Rural Community Development Initiative Grants This program awards grants to help non-profit housing and community development organizations, low-income rural communities and federally recognized tribes support housing, community facilities and community and economic development projects in rural areas.
#### High Energy Cost Grants This program assists energy providers and other eligible entities in lowering energy costs for families and individuals in areas with extremely high per-household energy costs (275 percent of the national average or higher.)
#### Technical Assistance and Construction for Innovative Regional Wastewater Treatment Solutions (TAC-RWTS) Grant Pilot Program Grants may be made to eligible entities for the study, design, or construction of regional wastewater systems for historically impoverished communities that have had difficulty installing traditional wastewater treatment systems due to soil conditions.
#### Agriculture Innovation Center Program This program makes grants to Agriculture Innovation Centers that may be used by the Centers to provide technical assistance to agricultural producers to help them develop and market value-added agricultural products using a variety of options, except joint marketing efforts.
