The scholarship covers only the cost of tuition and is open to all irrespective of race, religion and location.
The scholarship is open to individual who need tuition assistance to either commence, continue or complete their education in one of these categories: Educational Fund: Tuition to pursue formal education from Junior High School (JHS) to Undergraduate Studies only at public institutions. Vocational Training: Tuition to pursue any vocational training that is offered at any government institution.
