Prior eligibility: Organizations must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and established for more than three years. Funding is restricted to organizations serving the 18-county circulation area of The Pueblo Chieftain. Organizations are generally eligible to receive funding every other year.
