Technical assistance is offered at no cost to State Agencies, local governments, tribal governments, non-profits, and small businesses under the Grants Management Office and Initiative. The Wyoming State Budget Department holds contracts with both, Hagerty Consulting and CliftonLarsenAllen (CLA), who can and will provide assistance, at no cost to the State Agency, local government, tribal government, non-profit or small business.
How can the Wyoming Grant Assistance Program (WYGAP) help my community or local government? WYGAP will reduce the burden on local governments who are facing a lack of capacity to secure grants and, additionally, lack of exposure and knowledge to the federal grant management lifecycle. This creates a safety net to draw information and resources from to be successful in securing grant opportunities at both the federal and state level.
